Who is Compex Canada?

The Compex Canada brand is managed by Team Perfect Healthy Wholesale Distribution in Edmonton, Alberta. Compex products are fulfilled via DJO Canada, a third party out of Mississauga, Ontario. Should an item ever be on backorder (we do not have a realtime inventory), one of our team members will be sure to notify you within two days.

 

Will my insurance cover Compex?

Many insurance providers will cover your Compex purchase, especially when prescribed by a physician. The TENS feature (for nerve pain) is quite often the reason. Please contact us for more details.

 

Can I get some help learning how to use my new Compex unit?

Every purchase is entitled to a 30-minute phone consult. Email us to arrange a time.

 

How long is the Compex warranty?

2 years

 

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange the item or return the product for a refund of the full purchase minus handling (see below for more info) within 90 days.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost incurred on your return shipment is at your expense. However, the cost of shipping exchange items back to you will be covered by Team Perfect.

A refund will be processed once we have had a chance to review the condition of your return.
